Electrical and process control equipment for the production of lubricating grease
Stadler+Schaaf supplied the complete electrical and process control equipment for the construction of one of the most modern grease production facilities in Europe. An integrated automation approach was implemented for the 12 production lines, from the management of raw materials to the storage of the finished products.

Recipe management with SQL interface to the laboratory data system, remote operating stations as Web clients via OPC link.
Project duration
This project was completed in a period of around 12 months with a total of approximately 8,000 hours of engineering and 14,000 hours of installation and commissioning.
