Our mission statement is designed to give you an initial impression of who we are and what you can expect from us. It summarises, clearly and concisely, the principles underlying our actions and the foundations of our success.

Positioning

We are service providers to the process and manufacturing industries. We plan and implement solutions for I&C technology as well as for process and production automation. Our aim is to develop integrated solutions from engineering through to installation and maintenance. In this way we reduce the number of interfaces in our customers' processes and simultaneously safeguard our economic stability. Continuity is important for both us and our customers. For this reason we invest in our employees' skills through education and further training. Our cooperation with our customers and suppliers is characterised by direct communication and an attitude of partnership.

 

Customer orientation

For us, direct communication means quickly providing our partners and customers with the right information. We do not simply answer questions in a routine way, but look into the background of the individual problem. Personal contact is important to us. Our network of offices and service centres means that we are always close to our customers and can react quickly, even when faced by unforeseen circumstances. Our customer relationships are continually analysed and evaluated. In this way we prevent any problems being caused by inaccurate communication. For the entire duration of a project, our customers have a fixed contact.

     

Quality

Our quality management is based on the concept of TQM. Quality objectives are defined throughout the entire value-added chain and for all functions. In this way, we permanently guarantee consistently high quality. Should an error nonetheless occur, this is always an opportunity for the further improvement of our processes. Our certificates document our high standards in the areas of safety and quality.

 

Organisation

Clear organisational structures help us to keep our main focus on our operational business. Our company is owner-managed. Flat hierarchies and the systematic development of our executives' and employees' professional, methodological and social skills create the conditions in which we can respond flexibly to the demands of the market at any time.

     

Employees

Our staff has a great sense of belonging and identification with the company. There is an open dialogue between the employees. We consider down-to-earth and honest communication to be one of the most important factors in ensuring a cooperative, effective way of working.

 

Management

The management's direction and leadership function is focused on the achievement of objectives in terms of customer requirements. Employees are dealt with in an understanding, solutions-oriented manner. The executives are available at short notice at any time to any employees who wish to speak to them in person. This helps us to keep motivation and reliability at a high level.

     

Innovation

Product and service innovation is based on the needs of the market. We are planning ahead to give our customers the advantage of introducing new solutions at an early stage. Our understanding of innovation is also reflected in the continuous upgrading of our employees' qualifications.

 

Identity

Our corporate philosophy also shapes our presence in the market. It has enabled us to be in existence for more than 25 years and ensures our lasting success. It is characterised by principles such as reliability, good payment practices, loyalty to our customers, business partners and employees, as well as the transparency and accountability of processes and decisions. The internal attitude of our employees and management is also reflected in our external appearance. This refers to our architecture, working environment and vehicle fleet, as well as to the demeanour of our employees and our visual communication.
